You Can't Make Money Online, If Google Can't Find You!

Get Your Site Indexed In 24 Hrs...I Think!

The first step after you have created your website or blog, is to get it indexed quickly.Now indexing simply means that Google or another search engine finds your site, and files it into their massive site filing cabinet so to speak, according to the content you have within the pages. This brings me back to why it is important that your URL, your page or blog title in this case, etc..should all be relevant and match the content of your complete blog. If you start filling the blog with irrelevant material, then it makes it harder for it to be properly indexed, or filed away in what you were hoping Google to file it under. So the lesson here, is to make sure everything is relevant in your blog or site, and consistent. Do not blog about what you ate for lunch today, unless it has something to do with your overall blog theme.

Now getting back to the indexing in 24hrs.
This particular blog did just that, at least It did for a while. I have been following a simple system, that was created by someone who knows, and am now putting it to the test. I created this blog and here is what i did to get indexed in approximately 24 hrs, which by the way is awesome because it would normally take a site 30 to 60 days to get found if you submitted it to directories. Anyway, if you want to make money online quickly, you have to get found quickly, and so this is what i did.

I submitted the story to Propeller.com, it was free to join, and simple to submit. Google really likes this site and visits it frequently, so if your site is on their, Google will follow it back from the story to your site, and there you go, your found! I also created a article and posted it on GoArticles.com...I also added a rss feed to feedage.com. By doing those three things, Google found me and indexed me.

By clicking on the pictures, they will be enlarged, and you will see the dates, and that it was indexed quickly. But you will notice that my title above reads "Get your site indexed in 24 hrs..I think." Now the i think part is because even though the site was indexed quickly, today i searched for it, and it did not show any documents. How you find out if your site is indexed or not, is to simply add quotation marks to the beginning and end of your complete website address. Click on the pictures above and you will see what i mean.
So if any of you have any ideas or comments why this happened, please let me know, so that i can write about it, I'm wondering if it has to do with the Google sandbox? Not sure, but i guess I'll find out soon enough. Anyway that article i wrote on Goarticles 46 requests in the same time frame! What that means, is that those people that requested that story, will now place that story on one of their blogs, and embedded in it, is a backlink to this very blog you are reading. So you see after the initial effort, the article is supplying me with completely free backlinks with no effort.

Backlinks-The Backbone Of Making Money Online

Backlinks Are Beautiful!

If your web page has no backlinks, then you will have no FREE organic search engine web traffic and website traffic online means money.

What are backlinks you ask? Backlinks are those hypertext words within a web page on the Internet , that when you click on them, you are immediately transported to the web page that was linked to the word. So in essence a backlink is a a link on a site that LINKS BACK to your site! This is the backbone of making money online, and why many keep the way they acquire these links a secret.

Backlinks are what propels a web page or blog up the search engine result pages, by giving you page rank, the higher the page rank, the higher your page will travel, the higher it travels up the results, the more FREE web traffic, or Google traffic will come to your site, and then that web traffic can be converted to money. The only way you will make it to page one of any keyword term, and make money online is through backlinks Period!

If your page is not moving up the Google ladder, that is assuming you have done some on-page optimization, then you can probably blame it on your site not having enough backlinks, and if you want to make money online you have to make it to page one of Google to get that Free Google traffic. How do you make it to page one,increase traffic and make a lot of money online?

Get a lot of backlinks, right?

Well sort of, I have been told that a handful of a certain type of backlinks is all that is needed. Let me explain why some backlinks are better then others, when it comes to Google traffic.
There are two types of backlinks. A do-follow and a no-follow. A do-follow means that Google will follow that link back to the destination. A no-follow tag on a link means that Google will not follow that link back to the webpage. So no-follow is completely useless if your trying to accomplish page rank because Google will totally avoid it and give you no brownie points,and that means no web traffic understood? If your trying to make money online then don’t waste your time on no-follow anythings.

Now before I get into it further, let me explain a couple of ways how people get backlinks to their site. One way to go about it, is by placing comments on other blogs, and another way is through commenting on forums. By answering questions on a forum, and including a link in your signature, so that every question you answer automatically includes a link within the signature, which will lead that reader Back to your site. So going back to the no-follow and do-follow links you can see that if your commenting to get backlinks to your page, then only do it on do-follow pages!

How do you know which links are do-follow or no-follow?

Good question, and here is the answer

I am now going to reveal a tool or add-on, that I love to use, that saves me tons of time and money, and helps me recognize which blogs to post comments on or not. Ready??

Well if you are not using Mozzila Firefox browser, you need to get that first,then you will simply get the add-on called NoDoFollow 1.1 It's not a backlink checker, but it will show you if you should leave a link or not.

This little tool will simply highlight every link on the Internet that is no-follow in red, and everything that is do-follow in blue. If the comments are blue, then that means Google will follow which means link juice to your blog or web page, and web traffic, not just any traffic but instead the Free Google traffic we all want. These links carry juice,How much juice? Well this is where backlinks differ, and some are better then others.


A web page worth or value, is determined by how many other web pages link to it. The more links pointing to your site, the more popular you must be, but if they are quality sites and a related business to yours, and they have a link pointing to you, then that makes you an important figure when it comes to the Internet.

Lets break it down…If a backlink is widely available like on a do-follow blog, then it is better then a no-follow which is useless. If a link is coming from a high page rank site about “How to raise ponies” and your site is about “how to make money online,” then that backlink is better then the widely available do-follow link. A better link is one from a low page rank site, but relevant to your blog or page, like a make money online site to your make money online site.

The best kind of backlink you can get, is from a high page rank site, from within the article of the site, and the site is relevant to the page that the backlink is pointing to. For example a Make money online blog with a high page rank, has written and posted an article on “Getting traffic to your website” and within the article have hypertext and linked the word “backlink“, and the link is pointing to this page. This is the perfect backlink and is exactly the link that will give you the most value with Google!

Now you take what you can get when it comes to trying to make money online, so a backlink is still better then no backlink, but you can make a backlink better.

How? When you comment on these blogs etc. try to use the keyword your targeting as the link and have it pointing to a relevant page about whatever your commenting on. For example, If your commenting on a post about “Making money online with AdSense.” and you have a page on your blog about making money with Adsense, then this is the page you should link back to, not always the home page, and you should use a hypertext link that has the words “Making money online with Adsense.” all hypertext linked. So when your posting comments on other blogs, where it asks for your name, put your keyword, write a good comment and your done. You now have a comment relevant to your topic or blog, it’s not the best link but not a bad one and one that will make you money online in the long term.

If the comment or form has a place where you can use html, and you want to make whatever keyword your using hypertext, then highlight the word and paste this html code on the word, it will then make that word a hypertext link.

Here is the code:

First you must remove the * from the beginning and end, then just replace the word “make money online” with the keyword you are targeting, and add the web page your targeting where the http: is
<*a href="http://makemoneymachine.ws/">make money online Then you highlight the word in this case “make money online” copy and paste the code on top of those words, and voila! A hypertext link!

Making Money On The Internet For Amateurs

Did you know that the day that I wrote this article there were 246,000 searches done worldwide on Google for the exact match “Make Money Online” and that same day there were 14.9 million exact search results on that keyword term alone? I would call that a very competitive market, and a profitable one if your little web page can make it up the search engine results pages.
So what’s it going to take a simple construction worker like myself who has never read a fiction book in his life, let alone write an article or anything, how do I go about learning how to make money online when some have been involved for years watching the latest trends and initiating on the profitable ones as they come. Well, I don’t know if I can make money online, but I will give it a try, and hopefully I don’t loose my mind in the process. The Internet is full of gimmicks and tricks and Gurus that will show you the program or e-book or piece of software you should buy that will guarantee your success in the Internet. Is it true, do they have the answer? I really don’t know the answer to that because if I did I probably would be broke right now. It seems that 99% of the people that are making money online are doing it by telling others how to make money online. They will sell you software that will set up automatic blogs for you…they will sell you software that will generate content for you…You can even join communities that will provide you with back links, and Web Pages, etc…You get the picture, but when all is said and done, I’m not sure you really needed to spend all that money and get all those programs, just to make a buck online, do you?

I can honestly say that if it were not for a few kind, yet smart individuals that are really making money online, and brilliantly found out that what Google wants is the same thing people want, relevant information to those very keywords we type when we’re searching for information on a topic or subject online.
Why not give Google what they want, and reap the rewards from the people that are searching for these terms.

Hence, rule #1..Find out what people are typing into the Google search bar, and build a web page with that information within your pages. (we should take into account if the term might be profitable…lets just say it is for now) Every page should be relevant to the previous, the more educational the better. Is that all it’s going to take for your web page to crawl up the search engine results pages and make you money online?
Hell no, that would be too easy. I have found out that back links are the key ingredient to having your web pages crawl up the results pages in Google. But before that, we have to deal with S.E.O, which stands for search engine optimization, in other words, our pages have to be designed with the search engine in mind. Your URL which is your web address is important…Your page titles are important …Your description, even your last sentence, these are all critical for getting your web pages in the top search results, and are referred to as on-page optimization. The most important I have found is the off-page optimization and here in lies the key secret to ones success in the Internet business and making money online.
There is so much to learn and so much to discuss, I cannot possibly fit it into this post , nor would I want to. There will be many more posts on this very topic how to make money online, and they will all be relevant, and they shall all be original content., because I am told that this is very important!
